Clinton’s Incompetence Is Why Russia Can Influence This Election

Clinton’s Incompetence Russia Can Influence Election

The Democratic National Convention has a simple formula—force unity in the party by bashing Donald Trump—and ignore the raging and rioting Bernie Sanders progressives outside the convention center.

So when Trump suggested that any international actors with Clinton’s emails release them to the FBI, Hillary and the DNC pounced. Here was an opportunity to further forge unity by having another round of two minutes of Trump hate, 1984 style, fear mongering voters into supporting Clinton.

With sprinting speed, newspapers from the Washington Post to the New York Times to media networks like MSNBC and speakers down on the DNC floor all took their cue from Hillary Clinton’s response to Trump’s comments—they accused him of seriously compromised national security.

Almost immediately, the media and speakers at the DNC were thrashing Trump for even hinting at the idea that Russia should hack Clinton’s email server.

But the salient point isn’t that Trump was joking around with reporters during a typical off-the-cuff question and answer session, twisted by the powers that be into a hit piece on a man who was being sarcastic and making a statement.

The salient point is that Clinton’s and the DNC’s negligence, incompetence, and corruption has weakened America to the point where Russia can influence an election with a simple leak of internal emails. Where Russia can be a threat to national security because she couldn’t and can’t keep her personal and public lives separate.

Saudi Arabia can influence America because of politicians, like Hillary Clinton, who are willing to take their money with the strings attached. China can influence America because of our poor foreign trade policies and the fact that they hold a mountain of our debt.

The door of influence to this election was flung open not by a man cracking a joke at a press conference, but due to years of corruption and capture of the Clintons and the Democrats by international interests.

If Russia was the hacker, then it was the lack of security by the DNC and the fact they were actively working against Bernie Sanders that allowed them to influence the election, not the joking of a candidate a week after the emails were released. If the DNC was being fair and unbiased, then the Russian hackers would have found nothing to release.

A much more plausible theory—Clinton angered Russia during her time as Secretary of State, especially when she worked against Putin’s re-election in 2012.  This seems like a score being settled.
